Terms of service

Clear terms.
Fair play.

The rules for using InkVista3D: your account, plans and billing, your content, and what we each promise.

Last updated October 10, 2026

You own your work

Your designs stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them to you and your clients.

Cancel anytime

Plans renew automatically. Cancel in Plan & billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Use it fairly

Upload only artwork you have the right to use, keep your clients informed, and don't misuse the service.

01The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Oligoz, Kilonportti 1, 02610 Espoo, Finland (business ID 3640239-4) (“we”, “us”) for the use of InkVista3D: the website inkvista3d.com, the app, and the preview links you share with clients (together, the “service”).

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use InkVista3D for a studio or company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

02The service

InkVista3D lets tattoo artists place designs on 3D body models, share private previews with clients, collect approvals, and export images, videos and stencils. It is a professional tool: you must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

A 3D preview is a visual guide, not a guarantee of how a tattoo will look on a real body. Skin, anatomy, healing and the artist's work all affect the result. Measurements and stencils should always be checked before tattooing.

We keep improving InkVista3D, so features may change. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

03Your account

  • Give an email address you control. We use it to sign you in and to send account and billing messages.
  • An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in; studios should give each artist their own.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@inkvista3d.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

04Plans and billing

  • Free plan: free with the limits shown on the pricing page. No card needed.
  • Paid plans (Artist and Master) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Monthly allowances such as new client projects and design uploads renew each billing month, also on yearly plans, and unused amounts don't roll over.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where they apply.
  • Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you don't want to continue.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal can't be charged, Stripe will try again. If payment still fails, your account moves to the Free plan.

05Changing plans, cancelling and refunds

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime in Plan & billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed. Your projects stay in your account; on the Free plan you keep access to them but can only create what its limits allow.

Payments are not refunded for unused time or allowances, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to support@inkvista3d.com and we will look into it.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Your plan starts as soon as you subscribe, so if you withdraw after that, we may charge for the part of the period already provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

06Your content

“Your content” is everything you upload or create in InkVista3D: designs, body models, projects, client details, studio details and your exports. You keep all rights to it.

You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content only to run the service for you: showing it in your account, rendering previews, creating viewing copies, and showing it to the people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire on their own. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models.

You confirm that:

  • you own your content or have permission to use it, including any designs created by other artists;
  • you have your clients' permission to add their names and other details, and to share previews with them;
  • your content does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

07Sharing with clients and showcases

You decide who receives a preview link and its access code, and whether a project gets a public showcase link that anyone with the link can view. You are responsible for what you share. You can change the access code or turn a showcase link off at any time.

08Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • upload content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or shows anyone without their consent;
  • upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
  • copy, scrape or extract the 3D body models, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
  • resell or rent out access, or use the service to build a competing product;
  • use automated tools to create accounts or projects, or to get around plan limits.

If content or use breaks these terms, we may remove it or suspend the account. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and explain why.

09Our software and 3D models

The InkVista3D software, website, brand and 3D body model library belong to us or our licensors. While you have an account, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service.

You may use the images, videos and stencils you export, which show your designs on our models, for your tattoo work and to promote it, including on social media and in your portfolio. The 3D model files themselves may only be used inside InkVista3D.

10Availability and changes

We work to keep InkVista3D fast and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may need short maintenance breaks, and some features depend on your device, browser and connection. Keep your own copies of important designs.

11Ending the agreement

You can stop using InkVista3D and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@inkvista3d.com. A paid plan should be cancelled first so it isn't renewed.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. If we ever shut down the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your work, and we will refund any prepaid time you can no longer use.

After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, such as for intent, gross negligence, or injury caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for the tattoos you plan and perform, and for claims caused by content you upload or share in breach of these terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will show the new date at the top and, for changes that matter for you, email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Continuing to use InkVista3D afterwards means you accept the new terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes go to the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use the courts where you live. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by talking.
