You're in control

Ask for a copy of your data or delete your account anytime by writing to support@inkvista3d.com.

01Who we are

InkVista3D is web software for tattoo artists to preview designs on 3D bodies and get client approval. It is run by Oligoz, Kilonportti 1, 02610 Espoo, Finland (business ID 3640239-4), the data controller for the information described here (“we”, “us”).

This policy covers inkvista3d.com, the InkVista3D app, and the preview links you share with clients. Questions about it go to support@inkvista3d.com.

02What we collect

  • Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We keep a record of sign-ins to protect your account.
  • Studio details you add: business name, logo, description, address, phone, website, email and tax ID. You choose what to fill in; your studio name and logo appear on the previews you share.
  • Your work: the designs and 3D body models you upload, your projects (including the client name you enter), placements, saved versions, share links, access codes and approvals.
  • Billing: your plan, subscription status and Stripe customer ID. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and error logs, which our hosting providers record when you use the service.
  • Support: the messages you send us and our replies.

03Your clients' information

When you add a client's name to a project or share a preview with them, you decide what goes in. For that information you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service to you. Please add only what you need and let your clients know you use InkVista3D.

Clients who open a preview link don't need an account, and we don't ask for their name or email. We record when a preview is approved, and our hosting providers log technical data such as IP address as they do for any visitor.

04How we use it

  • To provide the service you signed up for: your account, projects, 3D previews, share links, exports and billing. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
  • To keep it secure and working: preventing abuse and fraud, fixing errors and improving features. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable product.
  • To meet legal duties such as accounting and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • To email you sign-in codes, receipts and important account or policy changes. We only send marketing emails if you agree to them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your personal data, show you ads, or use your designs, models or projects to train AI models.

06Who we share it with

07International transfers

Some providers above store or process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. We rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise.

08Cookies and local storage

We only use what is strictly needed:

  • Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in.
  • Local storage in your browser for your theme, whether you've seen the product tour, and that you confirmed you're 18 or older and saw the cookie notice.
  • Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

We don't use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline: the cookie notice on your first visit only lets you know.

09How long we keep it

  • Account data, designs and projects: for as long as your account is open.
  • After you ask us to delete your account: removed from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups as they expire.
  • Uploads you start but never save: deleted automatically within a day.
  • Invoices and payment records: as long as accounting and tax law require.
  • Support emails: up to two years after the conversation ends.

10How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database access rules keep your projects and account details visible only to you, body model files are served through short-lived signed links, design images are stored at long random addresses that aren't listed anywhere, and client previews are protected by an access code. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

11Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data, in a portable format if you like;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your account and data;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Email support@inkvista3d.com from the address you sign in with. We reply within one month. You can also update most details yourself in the app, and cancel your plan anytime in Plan & billing.

If you think we have mishandled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Finland) or the one where you live.

12Children

InkVista3D is for professionals and is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect their data.

13Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your data, we will email you before it takes effect.
